Longreach Acquires RAM Lifting Technologies from Dymon

The Longreach Group has completed its acquisition of a 100% stake in RAM Lifting Technologies Pte Ltd from Dymon Asia Private Equity. BDA Partners acted as Longreach’s exclusive financial advisor.

RAM is a Singapore-based provider of spreaders and advanced lifting technologies for the global shipping container handling equipment market, with five decades of engineering and product innovation. The company operates in over 70 countries and is known for product customization and flexibility.
