Raleigh Miami Beach Acquired by Nahla Capital | Real Estate Services M&A Deal

Nahla Capital has completed the acquisition of Raleigh Miami Beach, a real estate development business in Florida, for $270 million. Raleigh Miami Beach is an oceanfront redevelopment project on Collins Avenue that will convert an Art Deco hotel site into luxury condos plus a private members’ club and hotel component.
