Overture Promotions Acquires Pride Products Add-On

Overture Promotions has agreed to acquire Pride Products, a promotional distributor that manages programs for large law firms and higher education institutions. Pride Products will become fully integrated with Overture Promotions, giving Pride’s clients direct access to Overture’s global infrastructure, enterprise program management capabilities, and in-house production.

Pride was founded by Wendy Ferber and Andrew Nadel and partners with universities including the University of Pennsylvania, Princeton University, and Georgetown University. Overture said Pride’s vertical specialization in serving law firms, professional services organizations, and universities was a primary driver of the acquisition.
