Qualtrics has completed the acquisition of Press Ganey Forsta, a healthcare services other business in the United States, for $6.75 billion. Press Ganey Forsta provides healthcare experience and patient engagement solutions that support service quality measurement and operational improvement across provider organizations. Qualtrics acquires Press Ganey Forsta to strengthen its Experience Management (XM) platform with healthcare-specific data and analytics capabilities. The platform acquisition is a strategic acquisition by Qualtrics and expands healthcare M&A momentum in the customer and patient experience software market.
