PONM Acquired by Nexalin Technology | Healthcare M&A Deal

Nexalin Technology has completed the acquisition of PONM, a healthcare IT business in Texas, for $1.3 million. Nexalin Technology acquires PONM to gain ownership of a digital health platform that supports HALO Clarity and Nexalin NeuroCare, including AI-integrated remote patient monitoring, treatment-compliance data capture, and virtual-clinic management. The PONM software includes electronic health record functionality, real-time clinical-data analysis, and analytics workflows already deployed at UC San Diego for physician oversight and clinical research. This add-on acquisition expands Nexalin Technology acquisitions within healthcare M&A and TX acquisitions, strengthening the device-plus-software infrastructure for planned FDA pivotal trial readiness. Nexalin is a public company acquisition strategy, with GreenLight Ventures becoming a meaningful equity holder and continuing support via a strategic partnership covering engineering, quality assurance, cybersecurity, regulatory, and commercial development.
