TVS Venu Group to Acquire PGIM India Asset Management

TVS Venu Group has signed definitive agreements to acquire the asset management business of PGIM India Asset Management from Prudential Financial. The transaction covers 100% of PGIM India Asset Management Private Limited and PGIM India Trustees Private Limited.

PGIM India offers equity, fixed income, and multi-asset investment solutions to retail and institutional investors. As of December 31, 2025, it managed over ₹30,000 crore in assets. The deal is subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
