Park Holidays UK Acquired by Aermont Capital | Real Estate Services M&A Deal

Aermont Capital has acquired Park Holidays UK, a real estate services other business in the United Kingdom, for approximately $1.03 billion. Park Holidays UK operates a UK holiday park portfolio within the MH and RV leisure real estate services sector, providing accommodation and site-based guest experiences. Aermont Capital acquisitions target the Park Holidays business to expand its real estate services M&A footprint and pursue growth opportunities in UK leisure parks. The divestiture acquisition is an all-cash private equity acquisition with an enterprise value of about £768 million, subject to customary locked-box adjustments at closing.
