PS Logistics Acquires Noble for 53-Foot Flatbed

PS Logistics subsidiary DMT Trucking LLC completed the acquisition of Noble LLC, Noble Trucking LLC, and Noble Logistics LLC.

Noble is headquartered in Scottsboro, Alabama, and operates about 100 trucks and 135 53-foot aluminum flatbed trailers. The combined DMT Trucking and Noble operations position PS Logistics as one of the largest 53-foot lightweight flatbed carriers, with about 400 power units and 1,000 trailers, expanding overlength service within the PS Logistics freight network.
