Natoma Acquired by Snowflake | Technology M&A Deal

Snowflake has acquired Natoma, a enterprise software business in California. Snowflake acquisitions aim to bring Natoma’s enterprise Model Context Protocol (MCP) platform to help AI agents securely connect to enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and tools.
