PebblePad Acquires myday in NorthEdge-Backed Bolt-On

PebblePad has acquired myday in a NorthEdge-backed bolt-on deal. The acquisition adds myday’s student engagement portal to PebblePad’s ePortfolio, workbook, and assessment platform.

PebblePad says the combined product portfolio expands its reach to more than 200 institutions across the UK, US, Canada, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. myday provides a digital access point for academic content, campus services, and institutional communications. NorthEdge supported the transaction through Fund III, with additional funding provided by HSBC.
