Muskie Data Campus Acquired by TeraWulf | Energy M&A Deal

TeraWulf has acquired Muskie Data Campus, a energy services other business in Kentucky, for an undisclosed amount. TeraWulf acquires Muskie Data Campus, a hyperscale high-performance computing development site in Eastern Kentucky designed for AI and HPC infrastructure buildouts. The Muskie Data Campus acquisition is expected to support more than 1 gigawatt of data center capacity over time, with initial 500 MW ramping beginning in 2H 2028 and an additional 500 MW targeted for 2H 2030. Located in EastPark Industrial Park on about 285 acres of owned and controlled land, the platform acquisition supports long-term power availability and robust transmission, aligning with TeraWulf’s energy M&A strategy and KY acquisitions. Announced as a strategic acquisition by a strategic buyer, the energy deals KY expansion is positioned as a shovel-ready platform for scalable digital infrastructure.
