EfTEN Sells Menulio 11 Office Building for €600k

EfTEN Real Estate Fund has completed a divestiture acquisition of Mėnulio 11 turtas, a real estate services other business in Vilnius, for under $10M. The target, tied to the Menulio 11 office property, is focused on owning and managing income-generating real estate assets in Lithuania’s capital. EfTEN Real Estate Fund acquisitions in real estate services M&A are supported by portfolio optimization and capital recycling into future EfTEN Real Estate Fund acquisitions. The fund sold the investment property via its 100% subsidiary EfTEN Menulio UAB under a sales agreement signed 17.04.2026, with completion planned for 24.04.2026, and proceeds intended as equity for new investments.
