Mingledorff’s Acquired by Home Depot via SRS

Home Depot, through its subsidiary SRS Distribution Inc., entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Mingledorff’s, Inc., a wholesale distributor of HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies. Mingledorff’s operates 42 locations across five southeastern U.S. states and serves both residential and commercial customers.

The deal is positioned as a new vertical for SRS, complementing its existing specialty trade distribution exposure to roofing, interior and construction materials, landscaping products, and pool supplies. Mingledorff’s will continue to operate under its current leadership team within the SRS organization, and the transaction is expected to close in Q2 fiscal 2026.
