Warburg Pincus Recapitalizes MB2 Dental

Warburg Pincus is backing a recapitalisation of MB2 Dental, the dental partnership organization (DPO) that supports doctor partners while preserving clinical autonomy. MB2 reported adding 108 new practices in 2024, reaching more than 750 practices by year-end.

The company said its network expansion drove 4 million patient visits in 2024 and expanded into additional states, reaching 44 states. MB2 also cited prior financing, including $2.3 billion in unitranche debt financing for future acquisitions and a $525 million Warburg Pincus investment in November 2024.
