Graco Manufacturing Acquisition | M&A Deal

Graco has acquired a Greater Cincinnati-based manufacturing other business, for $447M. The target manufactures industrial components and related products for customers across the region, strengthening Graco’s manufacturing footprint in Ohio. Graco acquisitions in manufacturing M&A are aimed at expanding capabilities and adding new end markets through a platform acquisition. The strategic acquisition is announced and sized over $100M, positioning Graco for continued growth in manufacturing other.
