Luffa AI Acquired by GoFintech Quantum | Technology M&A Deal

GoFintech Quantum has acquired Luffa AI, a fintech business in Hong Kong, for US$220 million. Luffa AI builds Web3 and artificial intelligence infrastructure spanning decentralized identity, AI agent empowerment, and blockchain-based compliance fintech. The platform also supports programmable content and value containers, multi-chain wallets, and intent-based payments through LuffaPay and the SuperBox mini-app ecosystem. The strategic acquisition is announced and valued at over $100M, with GoFintech Quantum pursuing technology M&A to advance an AI + quantum blockchain fintech collaboration across security, governance, and on-chain execution.
