Matternet has completed the acquisition of a logistics other business in California, for $33M. Matternet operates an FAA type-certified drone delivery platform that supports last-mile logistics and automated package transport. The company’s drone logistics network is designed to enable faster, lower-cost delivery operations for logistics providers across U.S. markets. The $33M private placement is part of a go-public transaction, positioning Matternet as a strategic platform for logistics M&A and other acquisition activity.
