Itron Closes Locusview Acquisition as Add-On

Itron, Inc. reported that it acquired Locusview during the fourth quarter of 2025 as part of its acquisition activity. The company positions the added capabilities to expand AI-enhanced software solutions and recurring revenue focused on intelligent, proactive resiliency.

In its Q4 and full-year 2025 results, Itron also referenced acquiring Urbint, with Resiliency Solutions revenue of $3 million in the quarter that included Urbint since the acquisition closed on November 3, 2025. Itron’s Q4 2025 revenue was $572 million, down from $613 million in Q4 2024, while Outcomes revenue increased 23% to a record level for that segment.
