SHINE Completes Lantheus SPECT Business Acquisition

SHINE Technologies, LLC has completed its acquisition of the Lantheus SPECT business. The company also named Michael Rossi as CEO of the SHINE SPECT unit.

The deal is structured as an add-on within SHINE’s diagnostics-imaging footprint, bringing the acquired SPECT business under SHINE’s operating platform. The announcement is dated January 2, 2026.
