L’Oréal has completed the acquisition of Kering Beauté, a consumer other business in France. L’Oréal acquires Kering Beauté to expand luxury fragrance and beauty offerings, including the House of Creed, within its L’Oréal Luxe portfolio. The consumer M&A also includes 50-year exclusive licences to create, develop, and distribute fragrance and beauty products under Bottega Veneta and Balenciaga brands.
