Volati to Acquire Interket Group as Ettiketto Add-On

Volati has entered into an agreement to acquire all shares in Interket Group, a self-adhesive labeling solutions provider with operations in Sweden, Germany, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom. The acquisition is structured as an add-on to Ettiketto Group.

Interket has annual revenues of approximately SEK 450 million. Volati says Interket’s label portfolio and technical expertise complement Ettiketto’s offering, with potential operational improvements to lift profitability over the first two years.

The deal is financed through Volati’s existing credit facilities, and the transfer of shares is expected at the end of January.
