Inszone Acquires Kansas Insurance Resources Group

Inszone Insurance Services announced its acquisition of Insurance Resources Group, Inc., an Olathe, Kansas insurance agency. The deal adds an experienced and versatile team to Inszone’s expanding organization.

Insurance Resources Group was founded in 1996 by Kenton Grigg and Lora Ewbank, and Ewbank purchased the agency in 2003. The agency offers home, auto, business and life insurance. The announcement does not disclose financial terms.
