Mid Atlantic Port Services Buys Maryland Warehouse for $5.7M

Mid Atlantic Port Services acquired a 30,253 square foot industrial warehouse building at 6101 E. Lombard Street in Baltimore City, Maryland, for $5.7 million. The transaction was brokered by MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services.

The seller was Pastore’s, Inc., and the buyer was represented by Oxford Realty Advisor Scott Manhoff. The property became available after Pastore’s, Inc. sold to Saval Foods, LLC, following the sale of the family-owned Italian wholesale distributor.
