Brady to Acquire Honeywell PSS for $1.4B

Brady Corporation has entered a definitive agreement to acquire Honeywell’s Productivity Solutions and Services (PSS) business for $1.4 billion in an all-cash transaction. The deal values PSS at approximately 8x EBITDA for the twelve months ended December 31, 2025.

PSS provides mobile computers, barcode scanners, and printing solutions, with hardware, software, and services used for high-volume automated data collection and tracking. The business is based in Fort Mill, South Carolina, operates globally, and has approximately 3,000 employees. PSS generated approximately $1.1 billion in sales in 2025.
