Hometown Disposal Acquired by Ecowaste Solutions | Industrials M&A Deal

Ecowaste Solutions has acquired Hometown Disposal, a waste environmental business in Kansas, for $38 million. Ecowaste Solutions acquisitions expand the company’s regional waste management footprint with Salina-based collection services for more than 2,000 commercial and industrial customers. Hometown Disposal provides commercial frontload, roll-off, and cardboard recycling using a fleet of about 13 trucks, supporting long-term local customer relationships across the I-70 corridor. The Hometown Disposal acquisition is an add on acquisition within industrials M&A, strengthening Ecowaste’s KS acquisitions strategy alongside prior Kansas deals in the Kansas City metro and Manhattan. The strategic acquisition is announced and expected to integrate Hometown’s local teams while funding fleet modernization and operational growth.
