NinaMED Acquired | Healthcare M&A Deal

EBT Medical has completed the acquisition of NinaMED, a medical devices business in the US, for $13.75M. NinaMED develops the licensed NiNA System for overactive bladder treatment, supporting clinical use of a medical device platform aimed at improving patient outcomes. EBT Medical is using the healthcare M&A to expand its urology-focused portfolio and strengthen access to the NiNA System in key US markets. The other acquisition is announced at a $10M–$25M size range, with $13.75 million in financing intended to advance commercialization and regulatory progress for the licensed technology.
