Jimini Health acquisition has completed the acquisition of Jimini Health, a behavioral health business in California, for $17 million. Jimini Health develops clinician-supervised AI tools for behavioral health care, supporting treatment planning and decision support for mental health providers. The platform is designed to keep clinicians in the loop while improving access and consistency of behavioral health services across patient populations in California. The announced other acquisition was backed by venture investors including M13, Town Hall Ventures, LionBird, Zetta Venture Partners, and OneMind, with the goal of scaling AI adoption in healthcare.
