MKH Capital Acquires Haven Health Management

MKH Capital has acquired Haven Health Management in a platform deal focused on behavioral health. The acquisition includes 22 behavioral health facilities intended to support expansion across the US and Puerto Rico.

The transaction is positioned as a scale-building step for MKH’s healthcare platform, using a facility footprint to broaden service delivery and enable further roll-up opportunities in behavioral health.
