Connexion Mobility has acquired Hallam Road Automotive, a technology other business in Victoria, for $5 million. Connexion Mobility acquisitions add a Melbourne automotive service and repair centre with a nine-bay workshop, serving a customer mix of commercial and retail clients. Hallam Road Automotive provides independent vehicle servicing and diagnostics, strengthening Connexion’s software-focused automotive portfolio with an operating aftermarket asset. The add on acquisition is announced as a public company acquisition, with $4 million upfront cash and an approximately $1 million 12-month earn-out, funded by existing resources plus a $2.5 million National Australia Bank amortising debt facility.
