C-IV to Acquire Greystone Special Servicing

C-IV Capital Partners has agreed to acquire Greystone Servicing Company’s commercial real estate loan special servicing business. The transaction is expected to close in the second or third quarter of 2026, subject to customary conditions.

Greystone is a private national commercial real estate finance company focused on multifamily and healthcare finance, with loans offered through Greystone Servicing Company LLC, Greystone Funding Company LLC, and other affiliates.
