Palomar Closes Gray Surety and $450M Credit

Palomar has completed its acquisition of Gray Surety and simultaneously closed a $450 million credit facility. The combination of an insurance-brokerage deal close with a new credit line indicates a financing plan designed to support ongoing platform activity.
