Trinity Logistics Acquires Granite Logistics in MN

Trinity Logistics has acquired Granite Logistics, a Minnesota freight agent partner that operated as Trinity’s premier agent for nearly 14 years. The deal brings approximately 135 team members into Trinity, with Granite co-owners and staff transitioning into the Seaford, Delaware-based 3PL.

Granite Logistics specializes in flatbed, over-dimensional, and heavy-haul freight. The acquisition establishes Granite’s two Minnesota locations as new Regional Service Centers within Trinity’s 3PL portfolio.
