Government Acquisitions Acquired by Computacenter | Technology M&A Deal

Computacenter has completed the acquisition of Government Acquisitions, a it consulting business in Ohio, for $390m. Government Acquisitions acquisition adds a US federal government focused value-added reseller (VAR) with headquarters in Cincinnati and about 90 employees, serving federal agencies with IT solutions. Computacenter acquisitions expand technology M&A exposure in the North American market and provide access to a specialist federal government unit within its operations. The add on acquisition is a strategic acquisition and an add on acquisition with reported 2025 gross invoiced income of approximately $390m and adjusted EBITDA of about $8m, with existing leadership expected to remain in place.
