GKV Architects provides real estate services focused on architecture and tenant space planning, supporting office leasing and workplace design needs in New York City’s Midtown East. AmTrustRE acquisitions in real estate services M&A align with a strategic acquisition approach to expand property management capabilities and deepen NY acquisitions. The announced other acquisition includes a 6,000-square-foot lease at 360 Lexington Avenue and reflects a strategic acquisition profile, with deal size reported across $65 million to $180 million.
