Gill Turner Tucker Acquired by Brachers

Brachers has acquired Gill Turner Tucker, a law firm with offices in Maidstone and Dover that has served clients for more than 70 years. The transaction was completed as part of Brachers’ growth strategy, and Gill Turner Tucker will become part of Brachers.

Brachers is part of Lawfront, a group that has pursued an acquisition strategy to build a nationwide portfolio of regional legal companies. Existing staff are expected to remain in post following the deal. Robert Green, a partner at Gill Turner Tucker, said the combination keeps local roots while adding resources from a larger firm.
