PS Logistics Acquires Fluker Transportation Add-On

PS Logistics announced that its subsidiary Blair Logistics acquired Fluker Transportation, a founder-owned trucking company specializing in flatbed and heavy-haul shipping. Fluker is headquartered in Hammond, Louisiana, and was founded in 2011 by James Watson.

Fluker primarily hauls steel, construction equipment, and military defense-related freight across the southeastern United States. After the acquisition, Fluker will operate under Blair Logistics’ name. PS Logistics expects the freight mix and geographic coverage to create operational synergy opportunities.
