BRC Group to Divest GlassRatner Advisory Capital

BRC Group Holdings, Inc. disclosed that it signed an equity purchase agreement on June 27, 2025 to sell all membership interests of its wholly owned subsidiary, GlassRatner Advisory Capital Group, LLC, and B. Riley Farber Advisory Inc. The company classified the related assets and liabilities as held for sale and reported the operations and cash flows as discontinued operations for periods presented.

The filing also notes that, after reclassification, the Financial Consulting segment was no longer a reportable segment. BRC Group Holdings’ name change to BRC Group Holdings, Inc. became effective January 1, 2026.
