Family Office Access Acquired by ISS Market Intelligence — Financial Services M&A

ISS Market Intelligence, a unit of ISS STOXX GmbH, has acquired Family Office Access, a U.S.-based intelligence provider serving the family office wealth management ecosystem. The transaction is structured as an add-on to ISS Market Intelligence’s existing offerings and will integrate Family Office Access into the MarketPro platform. Financial terms were not disclosed. Family Office Access CEO and founder Danielle Patterson is set to join ISS Market Intelligence as part of the deal.

The acquisition expands ISS Market Intelligence’s go-to-market intelligence footprint in financial services by adding a dedicated family office dataset to its broader coverage of advisors, asset and wealth managers, insurers, fintech companies, and other market participants. By focusing on verified family office profiles and related investment information, the combined platform is intended to help clients identify and engage potential investors as they seek capital and business growth, reflecting the growing role of family offices in global wealth and investment activity.

ISS Market Intelligence said MarketPro will incorporate thousands of verified family office profiles, including direct contact information, investment mandates, and historical deal insights. The company positioned the deal as a step toward strengthening its MarketPro value proposition for investor targeting and relationship development, with Family Office Access’s research and investor engagement capabilities complementing ISS Market Intelligence’s existing data, research, and analytics tools. The announcement did not specify a target closing date.
