Armstrong World Acquires Eventscape for Architectural

Armstrong World Industries (NYSE: AWI) has acquired Eventscape, Inc., a design, fabrication, and installation company known for complex, design-driven architectural environments. Eventscape is based in New York City and Toronto and specializes in custom ceilings, feature walls, and facades.

Armstrong said the acquisition expands its architectural specialties design and fabrication capabilities and builds on prior custom-design acquisitions including Zahner, Arktura, Turf, and 3form. Eventscape was founded in 1999 and employs about 150 professionals across architecture, engineering, and fabrication. In 2025, Eventscape generated approximately $30 million in revenue. Armstrong funded the deal using available cash and its revolving credit facility.
