CRC Group to Acquire Euclid Transactional in Add-On

CRC Group has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Euclid Transactional, a global provider of transactional insurance solutions focused on representations and warranties and tax liability insurance. The proposed acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals.

Euclid Transactional operates 11 offices across North America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region, and is described as having a specialized team and established distribution and capacity relationships. CRC expects the deal to expand its specialty underwriting capabilities and broaden its financial and professional lines offering, international reach, and claims organization capabilities.
