ENTRUST Solutions Group Acquired by Leidos | Energy M&A Deal

Leidos has completed the acquisition of ENTRUST Solutions Group, an energy services other business in Virginia, for $2.4 billion. Leidos acquires ENTRUST Solutions Group to expand electric grid engineering and natural gas infrastructure capabilities for utility customers across North America, with operations based in Reston, VA. ENTRUST Solutions Group provides end-to-end engineering, consulting, design, asset integrity, data solutions, and automation services, supporting grid modernization, reliability, and resilience needs. This platform acquisition is a strategic acquisition by Leidos and is part of its energy M&A strategy to scale an end-to-end energy infrastructure organization, adding more than 3,100 professionals.
