CryoLife has acquired Endospan, a medical devices business in Georgia, for $15 million. Endospan develops and supplies medical device technologies used in clinical care, supporting CryoLife’s broader healthcare product portfolio. CryoLife acquisitions in the medical devices acquisition segment align with demand for specialty healthcare solutions across GA acquisitions. The other acquisition is a strategic acquisition with announced status and an estimated $10M–$25M deal size range, structured as a securities purchase option agreement.
