Devold Acquired by Fenix Outdoor International | Consumer M&A Deal

Fenix Outdoor International has completed the acquisition of Devold, a consumer brands dtc business in Norway. Devold is a Norwegian apparel brand focused on premium outdoor and lifestyle textiles, supporting Fenix Outdoor International’s consumer brands dtc acquisition strategy. Fenix Outdoor International acquisitions expand its outdoor apparel portfolio and strengthen direct-to-consumer capabilities through the Devold acquisition. The add on acquisition closed in May 2026, with Fenix Outdoor International acquiring the remaining minority shareholding to take full ownership of Devold.
