CP Rankin Acquired by Angeles Equity Partners — Roofing M&A

Angeles Equity Partners, a private equity firm, has added CP Rankin to its O’Hara’s Son Roofing (OSR) platform through an announced add-on transaction. CP Rankin, a commercial roofing services provider based in Chalfont, Pennsylvania, will join OSR as the third strategic addition since Angeles acquired OSR via an affiliate. Financial terms were not disclosed, and CP Rankin will continue operating under its existing name and leadership, preserving its brand identity while integrating into OSR’s broader national footprint.

CP Rankin was founded in 2001 and delivers re-roofing, new construction, and repair and maintenance services across seven locations spanning the East Coast and the Southeast. Its customer base includes property managers, general contractors, and national retail and commercial accounts. The combination is intended to strengthen OSR’s ability to serve customers across the New England, Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Southeast regions by pairing CP Rankin’s local presence and service organization with OSR’s scaled platform.

The deal is structured as a platform expansion within the commercial roofing industry, with OSR positioning the acquisition to support continued growth of a diversified, scaled services business. Legal counsel included Massumi + Consoli LLP for OSR and Fox Rothschild LLP for CP Rankin; no closing date was provided in the announcement.
