CP Rankin Joins O’Hara’s Son Roofing Platform

O’Hara’s Son Roofing (OSR), a portfolio company of Angeles Equity Partners, added CP Rankin to its national commercial roofing platform as the third strategic addition since OSR was acquired by an Angeles affiliate. CP Rankin is a commercial roofing services provider founded in 2001 and headquartered in Chalfont, Pennsylvania.

CP Rankin operates across seven locations along the East Coast and Southeast, delivering re-roofing, new construction, and repair and maintenance services. The company serves property managers, general contractors, and national retail and commercial customers, and will continue operating under its existing name and leadership.
