Ipsum Group Acquires CountyClean Group in Add-on

Ipsum Group has acquired CountyClean Group, a liquid waste management company serving customers across London and the South. The deal expands Ipsum’s Water portfolio with new liquid management capabilities and adds a Surrey-based waste treatment and recycling facility.

CountyClean customers will also gain access to Ipsum’s broader engineering, design, and consultancy services across Power, Controls and Automation, and Water. CountyClean was founded in May 2007 and employs more than 40 staff across three locations, operating a fleet of 23 commercial vehicles.

The acquisition supports Ipsum’s stated strategy of delivering end-to-end infrastructure solutions through organic growth and targeted acquisitions.
