Holland Flower Market has completed the acquisition of Commerce Warehouse, a warehousing distribution business in California, for $34.1 million. The Commerce Warehouse spans 91,010 square feet and supports refrigerated storage, staging, and regional distribution for perishable fresh-cut flower inventory. Holland Flower Market acquisitions consolidate off-site logistics into a single Commerce hub with dock-high loading doors, a large truck court, and freeway access near the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach. The strategic acquisition is structured as a divestiture acquisition and expands Holland Flower Market’s warehousing distribution footprint in the Los Angeles industrial market. The 2015-built facility includes 32-foot clear heights, early suppression fast response sprinklers, and 9,994 square feet of two-story office space, with the deal announced.
