City Access Scaffolding Management Buyout Completed

City Access Scaffolding has completed a management buyout in which co-founder Mark Skinner, along with directors Ryan Scott and Ross Archibald, acquired full ownership of the business. Kirsty Allan and Jonathan Allan, who co-founded the company in 2014, stepped away from day-to-day management after gradually transitioning out.

The new ownership structure formalises roles with Skinner as managing director, Scott as operations director, and Archibald as commercial director. The company positions the transaction as continuity, with leadership alignment across strategy, operations, and commercial performance.
