Parker Hannifin has acquired CIRCOR Aerospace, a industrial services other business in Ohio, for $2.55 billion. Parker Hannifin acquisitions add flight-critical motion and flow control capabilities for commercial aircraft and defense aerospace applications, with CIRCOR Aerospace designing, manufacturing, and supporting proprietary components. The CIRCOR Aerospace acquisition strengthens Parker’s OEM-focused platform acquisition strategy across U.S. and EMEA production locations and supports expected $270 million in calendar 2026 sales with more than 40% adjusted EBITDA margin before synergies. This strategic acquisition is structured as a cash-free, debt-free purchase and is expected to close in the second half of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals, with an estimated net present value of about $75 million from tax benefits.
