Circle8 Group Acquired by Atlantic International — Business Services M&A

Atlantic International Corp., a strategic staffing and workforce solutions provider based in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey, announced the acquisition of Circle8 Group, an IT talent solutions business operating across Europe. The transaction is designed to create a global workforce solutions platform with reported combined scale of about $1.2 billion in annual revenue (unaudited). Atlantic’s North American light industrial staffing operations will be combined with Circle8’s European IT and technology talent services, expanding the buyer’s footprint into a new talent vertical and geography.

Circle8 Group generated approximately $780 million in revenue in 2025 (unaudited) and is expected to reach $1 billion organically in 2026, reflecting demand for technology staffing and long-term contract visibility. For Atlantic, the deal strengthens its staffing recruiting offering by adding IT talent capabilities alongside its existing workforce solutions, while also diversifying revenue mix across regions and customer needs. The combination is positioned to support cross-selling and broader client coverage across global workforce requirements.

Circle8 Group will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Atlantic International. Circle8 founder Guus Franke is set to join Atlantic’s board of directors as executive chairman while continuing to serve as CEO of Circle8 Group. The announcement does not specify deal value beyond the platform revenue figures or an expected closing date, but the structure indicates a strategic platform build in business services and workforce solutions.
