MEI Industrial Solutions Acquires CCI Industrial Services

MEI Industrial Solutions announced it has acquired CCI Industrial Services. The transaction is positioned as an expansion of MEI’s Southeast capabilities and as a step toward establishing a presence in Kentucky.

CCI Industrial Services will be integrated into MEI Industrial Solutions’ industrial services platform, with the goal of extending MEI’s service footprint in the region.
